30 Day Self-love Challenge | Day 28 - I Am Exactly Who I Need To Be

Today, repeat to yourself that you are who You need to be. Loving yourself is accepting yourself. So repeat this to download this truth into your mind.

30 Day Self-love Challenge | Day 28 - I Am Exactly Who I Need To Be

Meditate on this today and don't forget to do an act of kindness to yourself today. It could be the simplest act of kindness like giving yourself more time to sleep, good for a walk, resting or relaxing or eating good food. Anything you think you deserve.

Practice gratitude by appreciating the little and big things you are grateful for in your life. It could be clean air to breathe, a supportive family, a good spouse, food, running water, lovely kids, a well-paying job, and being able to follow your passion. Say it, acknowledge it and be grateful for it.

Why do this challenge:

- To improve your self-esteem and confidence

- To appreciate and love yourself more

- To believe in yourself and my abilities

- To improve on yourself

We need self-love. We need to improve how we think about ourselves. We need to love who we are unconditionally and believe that we can do anything. We believe that learning to love ourselves will make us believe more in our abilities and take us to higher places.
